OnePlus is gearing up for the launch of its next-generation smartphones, and there’s one device in particular that fans of the Chinese tech brand are very excited about.
The company’s flagship device, the OnePlus 7 Pro, is rumoured to feature a 6.64-inch curved Quad HD+ Super AMOLED display – a big step up from the OLED screens seen on current OnePlus phones.
The display is said to have a refresh rate of 90Hz, which is higher than most phones, suggesting OnePlus it could be aimed at mobile gamers.
OnePlus founder and CEO Pete Lau posted an official teaser on Twitter earlier this week, emphasising the “smoothness” of the device, which may be a reference to this refresh rate.
Excited to share the next product from OnePlus will unleash a new era of Fast and Smooth. Especially Smooth! Smooth is more challenging than Fast – a true test of hardware and software.
The new product is just beautiful – I can’t wait for you to see it!
